WOOLWORTHS CHRISTMAS MINCE PIES with berry foam



Ingredients:
50g frozen berries
1/4 cup cream
4 already made mince pies, warmed
1 T strawberry daiquri pink suagr crystals, to sprinkle
4 cups crushed-strawberries-and-cream ice cream

Cooking Instructions:
Puree and strain the frozen berries, then add cream and whisk until a light foam has formed. Arrange the mince pie's on a plate, sprinkle with the strawberry crystalsand top each will a small scoop of ice cream. Serve with a dollop of berry foam.
