Lemon Meringue

Base:

2 packets tennis biscuits, crumbled

melted butter

-mix above together to make the base of the pie.

Filling:

3/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tin condensed milk

3 eggs yolks

-mix the above together & pour into pie shell

Topping:

Beat egg white with a little sugar until stiff. Place on top & bake @ 180'C for +- 15 minutes

WARNING: THIS PIE IS SO DELICIOUS IT MAY LEAD TO EATING THE WHOLE LEMON MERINGUE ALONE!
