anna banana bread

anna banana bread
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
120g butter
2 eggs
3 ripe banana's
65ml water
a splash of vanilla essence
7ml baking powder
5ml bicarb
pinch of salt
1. Beat together the butter and sugar until you have a light fluffy mixture
2. Add the banana's to the butter mixture
3. Beat in the eggs until the mixture is nice and smooth
4. Add flour, baking powder and salt and stir.
5.Dissolve the bicarb into the water and add your vanilla essence then beat into your mixture.
6. Greese a bread tin and pour in your mixture. Place in the oven at 180'C for 45minutes
Cut into thick slices and smother in butter.
